Tweedside Honey
This set honey was harvested in the Summer and comes from the Chain Bridge Honey Farm down in the Scottish Borders (where I live), from the same family that supply our beeswax candles. The bees at Chain Bridge begin their honey-making year in fields of oil seed rape and can forage on hawthorn, willowherb, borage and phacelia.
I love the mild, creamy, grainy texture of this one for spreading over toasted pumpernickel rye bread.
