Pump Street cookie dough is baked to caramelized perfection, then nestled within our chocolate for an immersive cookie encounter. It's a modern take on a timeless delight, crafted to satisfy your cravings with every bite.
Brown Bread 40%
A delectable fusion of chunky, malty bread pieces and sweet, toffee-ish white chocolate, crafted from our proprietary cocoa beans from Ecuador. While it may appear brown due to the inclusion of bread, rest assured, it's a tantalizing white chocolate experience truly unlike any other.
Gingerbread 62%
Our Gingerbread bar is made with our freshly baked gingerbread cookies, one of our seasonal staples. Spiced not just with ginger but cinnamon and cardamom too, when combined with West Papua cocoa they produce a chocolate with a rich and deep seasonal flavour and a lasting toasty finish.
Maple Pecan 55%
The flavours of one of our bakery classics - our Canadian butter tart - shine in this bar; smoky maple syrup, shortcrust pastry and toasted pecans. It is made with milk chocolate that we make from bean to bar with beans from Hacienda Victoria in Ecuador. To this we add crisp shortcrust pastry that is ground into the base chocolate for buttery flavour, maple sugar and small pieces of pecans caramelised with maple sugar and demerara. Perfect for anyone who loves pecan pie, or stacks of pancakes with maple syrup.
Panettone 70%
We have spent years perfecting our traditional Panettone in the bakery. It is rich, perfumed, full of candied fruit and topped with almonds and sugar crystals, and those flavours are all represented in this chocolate bar. Dark chocolate made with Grenadan cocoa beans from Crayfish Bay Organic Estate, is enriched with our own panettone, then orange peel and nibs of toasted almond and sugar are embedded in the bar.
Sourdough & Salt 66%
This chocolate is a unique combination of our two signature (and favourite) products: dark chocolate and sourdough.
Our sourdough crumbs and a touch of sea salt add crunch and a smooth, malty flavour to the Ecuadorian chocolate.
