We offer gift vouchers so that your loved ones can attend one of my cookery demonstration lunches in 2025. This is the ideal gift experience for those who are interested in food but looking to learn more!
Vouchers are £85 and can be redeemed on the recipient’s date of choice. Vouchers can be redeemed for all Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter dates until the end of 2025.
If you’d like us to send a voucher directly to the recipient, let us know in the pop-up when you ‘add to checkout’ which ‘To’ and ‘From’ names you’d like us to write on the voucher, along with the recipient’s address.
About the cookery demonstrations:
In each 3 hour cookery demo session, I’ll take you step by step through my seasonal menu, using produce and foliage from my garden in the Scottish Borders and local growers. Tasting each course as you go, you will learn the skills required to recreate each dish in your own kitchen, including guidance on how to choose and use the best of the season’s produce in your home cooking.
You’ll pick up loads of handy tips and tricks from my many years of cooking at Elliott’s, writing cookbooks, testing food columns and food styling for commercials and TV.
My 2-course lunch menu is accompanied by a welcome snack and drink, natural wine on the table and exclusive recipe booklet.
