Book Festival

10 - 25 August, 2024

I’m delighted to be partnering with Edinburgh International Book Festival this year to host a series of Table Talk events in my Studio.

Take a seat at the table and hear from Pam Brunton, head chef of Michelin Green Starred restaurant, Inver; first generation farmer and internet sensation Julius Roberts; Rachel Roddy – who writes delicious dispatches from her kitchen in Rome; owner of London’s Darjeeling Express restaurant (and one of TIME’s 100 Most Influential People for 2024), Asma Khan; the person who transformed the mid-week meal with her one pan revolution, Rukmini Iyer; and eternally curious travel writer and critic Caroline Eden.

Find full details of the Table Talk Programme on the EIBF website.

OPEN STUDIO
Free entry

In between the incredible line-up of guest food writer events above, I’ll have an Open Studio on the dates listed below in August.

So pop in for a natter and taste some free samples of dishes from my new book Midweek Recipes. You’ll be able to buy signed copies along with our range of kitchenware, ceramics and recycled wool blankets.

Elliott’s Studio is a beautiful 10 minute walk from the main Edinburgh International Book Festival hub at Future’s Institute on Quartermile, you just need to walk directly across the Meadows.

The green walls in the Studio make it very calm, so you’re welcome to come and take a breather from the main hustle and bustle of city-centre Edinburgh in August.
